29th January 2026 – ROUNDTABLE: Industry 5.0 in Theory and Practice: What have we learned, and what’s next?

An interactive online roundtable, bringing together leading voices from the EU HORIZON projects AI REDGIO 5.0, BRIDGES 5.0, PROSPECTS 5.0, SEISMEC, SKILLABILITY, and UPSKILL to explore the evolving landscape of Industry 5.0.

Industry 5.0 represents the next evolution in manufacturing and industrial processes, building upon the foundations laid by Industry 4.0. While Industry 4.0 focused on the integration of digital technologies such as automation, data exchange, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to create “smart factories,” Industry5.0 emphasizes the cooperation of humans and machines, which expands on this idea.
