Webinar with Large-Scale Skills Partnership for Energy-Intensive Industries (LSP EII) | 6 July 2026

About the LSP EII

The Large-Scale Skills Partnership for Energy-Intensive Industries (LSP EII) is a strategic alliance established under the European Commission’s Pact for Skills, bringing together companies, industry associations, trade unions, education providers, and public authorities working across sectors such as steel, chemicals, cement, and ceramics. The partnership aims to address critical skills shortages, support workforce upskilling and reskilling, and accelerate Europe’s green and digital industrial transition.

About the Webinar

During the session, Eduardo Carvalho (INEGI) introduced the PROSPECTS 5.0 Industry 5.0 Assessment Framework, explaining its methodology and the key dimensions used to evaluate organisational readiness for Industry 5.0. The framework enables organisations to assess their maturity across the three pillars of Industry 5.0—human-centricity, sustainability, and resilience—while also considering digital readiness and organisational culture.

Giorgos Metaxiotis (AETHON Engineering) presented the newly developed Industry 5.0 Self-Assessment Tool, demonstrating how organisations can complete the online assessment, benchmark their performance, and receive practical recommendations for continuous improvement. The presentation highlighted how the digital platform transforms the assessment results into actionable insights, supporting organisations in identifying strengths, improvement priorities, and strategic next steps.

This webinar demonstrates how the PROSPECTS 5.0 assessment methodology can support organisations from different industrial sectors in translating Industry 5.0 principles into measurable actions, fostering more human-centric, sustainable, and resilient workplaces.
