An interactive online roundtable, bringing together leading voices from the EU HORIZON projects AI REDGIO 5.0, BRIDGES 5.0, PROSPECTS 5.0, SEISMEC, SKILLABILITY, and UPSKILL to explore the evolving landscape of Industry 5.0.

The topic of the third Tech@Lunch session of 2023 was “Revolutionizing the workplace: innovative tech solutions for socially engaging work”. Recent research shows that work has to be done by less people, and that on average people get older. The current age-peak is on 57 years, where there is a higher outflow than influx of people. This means a shrinking active population. Workable work is hence becoming more important.
